EducaZone will endeavor, depending on the volume of activity, to assign the requested number of students to the mentor.

Mentors generally start by working on a single track. Depending on needs and the suitability of your profile, it is possible to take on new tracks by applying for open opportunities.

Mentors can support students throughout the year, as students have varying timeframes for completing their training programs. In the event of an absence, you simply need to notify the student and your Mentorship Manager in advance for organizational purposes.

The proposed compensation varies based on several factors, including the difficulty of the projects or the complexity of the learning path through which mentors guide their students. It is important to remember that mentoring involves helping students complete their training on schedule and should remain an activity that complements your primary profession.

At least two years of professional experience in the relevant field of study is required.

Mentoring sessions take place directly on the EducaZone platform. The only requirements are access to a desktop or laptop computer with a webcam and a stable internet connection. Using a headset is also recommended to ensure smooth communication with students.

If your application has been accepted, we will ask you to send us the following documents:

• a copy of your ID

 • an up-to-date CV

• a clean criminal record

• a copy of your most recent diploma(s)

• proof of company registration (or registration of a standalone company)

• Your course certificate: Explore the role of the mentor. These documents allow us to register you with the Higher Education Authority and draw up your contract. Once the contract is signed, we will grant you access to the mentor tools. You will then officially become a mentor, and we will send you an email regarding the next steps of the onboarding process.

This can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, depending on the process. Our teams will get back to you if you are still waiting.

Mentors are located all over the world; however, they must be legally authorized to work in their country of residence as self-employed individuals or through a company. Mentors must also declare income earned from mentoring to their local tax authorities.

Session durations vary based on the student's profile, their specific needs, and the durations prescribed by EducaZone; all relevant information is detailed in your mentor dashboard.
